Top 5 Events of 2023
As 2023 ends, it is the perfect time to look back and remember all the fabulous and fun events at Summit Hills. Our team always strives to push the boundaries to create unique experiences for our Members. This mentality ensures that each event is better than the last. Our dedicated Social and Wellness Directors create a detailed, packed calendar to provide our Members with too much to do! From sensational Signature Experiences to hoppin’ happy hours to exciting excursions and so much more, this year was one for the record books, making it difficult to narrow down our top events.
Get ready to count down our top five events for this year:
5. Wicked – Broadway Production Theatre Outing
At number five, we had our outing to see the hit Broadway show Wicked! This year, our Members went to many different plays and shows that were all amazing. Before this show, our Members headed to Smoke on the Water for a unique and delicious dining experience and explored downtown Greenville. Of course, the night ended with a fabulous show that everyone loved.
4. 4th of July
Our community goes all out for the holidays, and the 4th of July is no exception. It was a day full of fun wellness classes, great music from our very own Summit Hills Singers, delicious food, fun games, and a golf cart parade. Plus, all the proceeds from the food and games went to the Alzheimer’s Association. It was the most fantastic celebration!
3. Fire & Ice Signature Experience
Talk about a Signature Experience that was both on fire and icy cool. The day was the perfect combination of fire of ice with our Members staying at the ideal temperature with hot and cold drinks, burn boot camp, an ice sculpture demonstration, our Great Ball of Fire Happy Hour, and a chilly fabulous dinner. How else were we supposed to finish up the month of February?
2. Master’s Signature Experience
Coming in at number two is our Master’s Signature Experience. This event was a hole-in-one! How could it not be with Tee Time where our Members could choose between an actual tee time or our tee time social? To a Wedge and Wine Happy Hour that was such a hit that it got all our Members to the Champions dinner, which was full of golf-themed food. Who knew you could play the perfect game of golf?
1. Summit Hill Awards
And finishing the list at number one is our fabulous Summit Hill Awards. It was as glamour as old Hollywood and as flashy as new! Our Members walked the red carpet, dressed up, enjoyed a 5-star dinner, and gave each other awards. These awards recognize all our Members’ fantastic contributions and accomplishments throughout the last year. From things they had done for those in and outside our community!
And just like that, this year is ending, and we are ready to start another fantastic year full of fabulous events. We can’t wait to see what this year holds and how it will surpass this year’s events!
