We believe that through our giving and the programs we offer, we can help more than just our Members live a Weller Life. Below are just a few of the programs we have and organizations we support:
Living Well Foundation
The Living Well Foundation is our 501c3 that provides support to our Members and Team Members. The Foundation is dedicated to fostering supportive and compassionate communities by improving the circumstances that have a significant impact on the health and well-being of our Members and employees. It does this by supporting those facing financial hardships, providing scholarships, and offering a first time home buyers program.

Elevate
Elevate is our scholarship program that provides our employees with further career opportunities. We provide opportunities to our employees that allow them to build on their experiences and further their education, as well as assist with the financial burden education may have put on them prior to coming to work for us. We want our employees to grow professionally and believe investing in them offers a way to excel for themselves and their families. Each year, we award more than $200,000 in scholarships to our employees.
