2025 Silver Pen Winners

Summit Hills is proud to announce the winners of the 2025 Silver Pen Competition. On April 29rd 2025, Summit Hills hosted the two winners and their friends and families for an awards dinner. There, they were presented with $3,750 cash prizes. The essay topic for 2025 was as follows:

Describe a personal or professional goal you have set for yourself. How do you plan to achieve it?

Summit Hills Members who made up the judging panel also selected the essay topic. The Silver Pen Writing Competition is an essay competition that Summit Hills’ parent company, The Maxwell Group, started in 2012 to bridge the communication gap between high school seniors and community Members. Each participant submitted a written essay with a minimum of 1,000 words. Over the past eleven years, they have award these scholarships to high school seniors to help differ tuition cost.
