Vickie Fowler Wins 2024 Supernova Award

The Supernova Award represents our company’s pinnacle of individual achievement. The award, chosen through anonymous voting of their peers, is presented to the standout team member of the year.

Our Executive Team presents the Supernova Award during the Senior Living Communities Annual Meeting Memory Gala, a night dedicated to celebrating those who excel in their profession, foster a culture of compassionate professionalism and positive leadership, and put people first, always.

This year, we are proud to congratulate our Lifestyle Advisor, Vickie Fowler, as the recipient of the 2024 Summit Hills Supernova Award. As a Lifestyle Advisor, she assists prospective Members and their families in navigating the various factors involved in the crucial decision of selecting an appropriate retirement community. Vickie’s role is to ensure that each individual who consults with her finds a retirement solution that aligns with their unique needs and preferences.

Vickie joined the Summit Hills family in 2019 and has continued to call it a second home. What she loves the most about being a Lifestyle Advisor is that she has the privilege and the honor to be a part of someone’s story. Vickie gets to help them through a tough time of transition. Her goal is always to be a source of strength and support for them, and in her role, she can help ease their fears and offer assurance.
